Turkey 1-3 Germany: Joachim Low's relentless visitors clinch ninth consecutive win in Group A

Germany, who have qualified for Euro 2012, beat Turkey 3-1 to maintain their perfect record of nine wins and dent their hosts' chances of qualifying.

Mario Gomez fired in from inside the box following a fine solo effort after 35 minutes, with Thomas Müller doubling their lead midway through the second half. Hakan Balta's goal 11 minutes from time gave Turkey some hope before Bastian Schweinsteiger sent Volkan Demirel the wrong way with an 86th‑minute penalty to secure the win for Germany.Germany maintained their perfect record in Euro 2012 qualifying Group A as they earned a 3-1 win away to Turkey.

Mesut Ozil was unable to face off against the team of his forefathers, but that did not stop Joachim Low's men from running rampant, as Thomas Muller provided a goal and two assists to lead the visitors to victory.
Germany made it nine wins out of nine in Euro 2012 qualifying with a victory in Turkey which jeopardises their opponents' hope of joining them in Poland and Ukraine next summer.

Mario Gomez and Thomas Muller put Joachim Low's side 2-0 up before Hakan Balta gave Turkey hope by pulling a goal back with 10 minutes remaining.
