Javier Hernandez suffered a dead leg against Stoke City and was substituted during the opening stages of that clash, but some reports point towards the Mexican being ready to return.
Chris Smalling (groin) remains a doubt, while Nemanja Vidic (calf) is still some way from being ready. Rafael is out with a shoulder injury while Jonny Evans (ankle) remains a doubt.
