It was tough to miss Maybach Music Group during BET's Hip Hop Awards show on Tuesday night. The label's Big 3 - Rick Ross, Wale, and Meek Mill - commandeered the stage, performing both "That Way" and "I'm A Boss."
El Debarge quietly crooned the intro to "That Way," leading into Wale and Meek Mill's appearance on the stage. With fanfare and flames in the background, Ross joined the others last, forcefully asserting boss status.The 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards brought out the likes of rap heavyweights T.I., Young Jeezy and Rick Ross, while vets such as Heavy D, DMX and El Debarge graced the stage and treated attendees to surprise performances.
Hosted by comedian Mike Epps, younger rhymers like Wale and Wiz Khalifa graced the stage with their respective hits, 'That Way' and 'Taylor Gang,' and the BET hip-hop cyphers -- seven in all -- saw Eminem, Joe Budden, Yelawolf, Estelle, Ace Hood,

Artists such as Wiz Khalifa, DMX & Swizz Beatz, Maybach Music Group’s Rick Ross, Wale with El DeBarge, Meek Mill, Big Sean with Roscoe Dash, Erykah Badu, and even Heavy D with Tyrese got into the action on stage.
